Sometimes your inner calling takes a couple of career transitions to follow your passion…..
In 2011 I returned to post-graduate study to obtain my Masters in Science at Imperial College, London where my interest for wildlife trade began and I decided to do my thesis, “Closing Shop– a socio-cultural analysis through Traders’ eyes” interviewing traders at Indonesian wildlife markets to combat this conservation challenge. Now I have taken it one step further, producing and being in front of the camera to uncover wildlife trade in short documentaries from a “Where do I come from?” perspective, giving lesser known species a voice, when they are never heard.
